| 1 | Rooms shall be given to adults who are above 21 years and Aadhaar card is mandatory. |
| 2 | Check-in time is from 12:00 noon to 11:00 am next day. Early check-in timing is from 7:00 am to 6:00 am next day. |
| 3 | Full payment is to be paid during check-in. |
| 4 | Refundable security amount of Rs.1000 has to be paid during check-in. |
| 5 | Maximum allowed guest per room is limited to 4 members. |
| 6 | Additional bed charge per guest is Rs.500 per day. |
| 7 | Guests will be held responsible for any damage or missing items in the rooms. |
| 8 | Room guests can access swimming pool from 8am to 10pm only. Drinks, smoking and foods near pool are strictly restricted. Guests are fully responsible for their belongings and children's safety. |
| 9 | Once checked in to rooms, refund or cancellation is not allowed. |
| 10 | Lunapiena Resort has the right to deny admission while reserving the rooms. |
