HALL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bride / Groom Event

AC Reception Hall, Dining Hall,
and Kitchen rent for a single day
is Rs.1,00,000 including
4 Hours AC usage per day.

Additional AC usage charges
are Rs.1500 per hour.

Hall timing maximum 12 hours
and must be cleared before 11 PM.

Diesel charges Rs.800 per hour
for generator usage.
AC cannot run on generator
during power cut.

Cleaning charges
Rs.3000 for the hall.

Banana leaf service will be charged
Rs.1500 per staff member if required.

All kitchen equipment,
utensils, gas, firewood,
and all arrangements
should be arranged
by the customer.

Hall advance minimum 50%
for booking and non-refundable.

Full payment including
cleaning charges,
AC charges,
and hall rent
must be paid before
starting the program.

Decorations and setup
allowed from 1 AM
on the same day.

Outdoor light decorations
outside the hall
will incur electricity charges
of Rs.3000.
Entrance decorations
must use separate generator.

Connecting an external generator
to the hall electricity wave(s) charges for
decorations and additional AC usage.
